CAMPAIGNS WITH COSTCO WHOLESALE
At YesVideo, I directed all retail partnership initiatives, including negotiating brand presence, coordinating web and offline retail logistics, communicating product launches and updates, and improving the education and ordering experience for customers and employees. Costco Wholesale is one of YesVideo’s major retail partners.
CAMPAIGNS
Our most effective campaign was a placement in Costco’s national mailer, supported by ads and articles in the Costco Connection magazine, email blasts, and online placements on Costco.com.
ROADSHOW EVENTS
To increase product awareness, we started testing pop-up style events in 3 warehouses, soon scaling to thousands of events nationally. I coordinated with warehouses, produced signage, videos, and handouts, and trained third-party demonstration service staff.
EMPLOYEE TRAINING
Drove regular communications with warehouse employees, launching a private online portal, delivering monthly memos, and leading training sessions at regional meetings.
