Memory Makeovers

The Memory Makeover was Legacy Republic’s “service in a box” I designed to simplify a complicated service into a convenient, safe, and friendly experience. This kit contained everything needed to pack and ship a digitization order safely. My role was to manage the entire project: branding the product, working with operations to source the safe ship boxes in the appropriate sizes and develop safety procedures, collaborating with the designers to create all packaging and inserts, driving the announcements and PR strategy, and running campaigns and seasonal promotions.

Collaborated with the product team to design the web activation flow for secure order tracking. After the initial launch, we collected detailed feedback from users and optimized the workflow to improve activation rates and introduce new upsell opportunities.

Our RootsTech (world’s largest genealogy convention) event sponsorship marked our national launch event for Memory Makeovers. I designed a creative brand campaign for attendees to experience whimsical costume and accessory makeovers in a photo booth that attracted steady traffic and leads.
